front seats of the MM 1000- back leg side not height so sri lankens use for it a height timber log -but it is not a finish job- what u do for it

I take it you mean the seat leans too far back when the legs are on the floor, and the legs of the chair are supported by wood to give a better angle?
I have the same problem in my saloon, it is most likely that the welds on the seat frames have given up somewhere which causes the frame to rest further back.

yes- we use timber log - but i dont like it as well as i dont like chenge seat leg ,not like weldin any

Like I say, had exactly the same problem as you - right down to the wood that holds the seat up (they didn't mention that on the ebay add ) Sorry, can't embed a pic but on this frame here

its the frames of the seat back that give in, it's unusual for the seat legs to go.

like to know - why front seats made like that - and how they adjust it up ? It had some solution in 1957 yers ,what they do for it?

It's 45 years old Sandun - it's had a hard life. If it's broken, or bent out of shape - it will need welding to ix it properly. Wood log is not the answer!

The angle of the seat hasn't suited everyone for all of those 45 years, a piece of wood or purpose made rubber blocks have been the answer to the lack of adjustability for all the time.

You can get the rubber blocks from the major minor suppliers. They always seem to twist even with the cable ties so I added the aluminium bar which is about 5mm above the carpet.

I use a piece of 2 inch (50mm) by 2 inch (50mm) wood ,perfect

Stick with the 2x4, I seem to remember a thread on Series II seats and this is generally what owners did to get a better view.
