"Hello this is my first posting. I have just finished at college and have bought several large boxes which I am told contain all the necessary parts to rebuild a traction engine. I have never rebuilt anything so I am looking for advice on which box to open first"

I hope thats a model traction engine
Which box to open first?...................There is a theoretical link here to Schroedingers cat theory, as long as the boxes remain closed the traction engine exists, if you open the box and nothing appears...............?
I would open the heaviest box, that is sure to contain the most interesting component parts.

Oh eck, missed it again. I wanted this so much when it appeared at an auction in Cambridgeshire, ooh, probably about ten years back now and circumstances weren't right then (skint and already too many cars). I'm assuming its the same one a blue pickup with the A series engine block used as the basis for the steam engine and an oil fueled boiler in the back...
Surely there isn't more of them....
