3rd gear late

when i change to 3rd gear it is get time to picup/slowly increase speed of car - time of this when i padle the asletor full down ,then miss the engine ,and car shake-what happen

You are using the accelerator too hard, be more progressive pushing it down.

At what speed are you shifting (changing) to 3rd gear?

Take it to a good garage! You seem to be having rather a lot of problems and not getting anywhere with them.
