The 254 is short for the Traveller but should be OK for the saloon

Hi,
I fitted the Securon 500/45 to my saloon in the front, the previous owner fitted the 254 model to the rear. The reel is mounted on the shelf, in the center and behind the seat and the buckle to the floor protruding out from beneath the upper and bottom seat.
Do you want a pic?
Richard

Here you go, the pics are self explanitory.[frame]

The reels have some 3mm plates, 100mm square underneath them on the shelf to stop them pulling the bolts though the shelf and to spread the load. I wouldnt use repair washers there, but you should be ok to use them for the fixings through the floor under the seat.
Hope this helps
Richard

Hi, My Grandad brought these from a company called quickfitsbs
http://www.quickfitsbs.com/. They came within the kit but were dull stainless steel so i polished them up. Roughly they cost 220 that wasn't fitted. They took us around 2 weeks to have as we asked for this shade of green to match the interior
