Does anyone know where can you get a set of Cork crankshaft seals from or the dimensions of the two bits of cork ?

Hi
As a follow-up to the cork seal availability, does anyone have advice to fitting please. Should I use a sealer to seat the cork onto. And is there a trick for cutting to the right length?
thanks for the help

What I have heard is that the seals ARE the right length. Don't cut them! That said, when last I fitted bottom end gaskets to my MM the machine shop owner where the work was being done refused to believe that so much protrusion was right.

They cut the cork seals - and the engine leaks!
