S.U. fuel pumps sorted

A while ago I reported purchasing a new faulty AUA 66 non-electronic fuel pump.
As a lot of threads seem to get lost in the ether as unfinished projects, I thought I would update anyone who may have had issues or purchased a pump as a standby and may find it wanting.
The symptoms were failure after around 9-10 miles, letting it cool cured it temporarily.I returned the pump which has been worked on and I have refitted it, and it works fine.
All I could find out was they have replaced a faulty part and future pumps wont suffer said fault.
So, if you have a new one lying around you may like to fit it and check.
Problem now is it makes the rest of the engine bay look tired.[frame]Image[/frame]

I picked it up from our local mog dealer.
They were good enough to loan me an old spare, so it was a nice run out for the Minor and I.
So, thats the cooling system sorted, fuel system sorted, all grease points done, full service, wonder whats next?
All part of lifes rich tapestry.
