Oil for susp dampers

H i what type of oil can I put in the rear dampers ?
It says 20/20 mineral oil in the manual,cant find that anywhere.
What do you guys and gals use ?

normal "oil can" oil is SAE 20 such as 3in1 & that is original spec for dampers.

Use SAE30 availble from Machine Mart,Tescos or B+Q.

3 in 1 is FAR TOO thin! DO NOT use that. The best oil is SAE 40 (seemingly sold as air compressor oil by some places) but SAE 30 from tesco garden will be fine.

Use a 'straight' SAE30 or 40 oil, not a multigrade. If you haven't changed the oil for a while, you will be amazed at the difference!

I think 3 in 1 is ~~ 0 SAE.
