Today is July 19th, and till the moment I did't received my Minor Matter.
There are a chance to put again one magazine for me?
I know is the time to reneweed my year subscrition, and I can't t pay because I dont know the password.

You'll need to contact the club office directly about the missing magazine as you'll need to provide them with your personal details, membership number etc. Send an e-mail to: liz.saxon (at) mmoc.org.uk and hopefully they'll be able to sort it out for you.

After a month without answers and no news from my July magazine!
I didnot expect this from my Club!

How late did you renew your membership - when did it actually run out?

If you left it too long to renew, your membership would have lapsed. In which case your recent renewal would be treated as a new membership rather than a renewal and you should allow up to 21 working days for the magazine etc to be received (longer if living outside the UK).

When did you pay your subscription? If you paid it on 21st July, 21 working days was yesterday. All I can suggest is to be a bit more patient, as it will take a bit longer to reach you living in Portugal.

Thanks for your answer!
I'm member ship from 4 years ago, and allways my Minor Matters arrived at least after 1 week, and one time I was one of the first to received the magazine.
Louise don't forget Portugal is in Europe, the normal transit time between UK/Portugal or Vice versa is 2/3 working days!
Also in July feature's normally are into the envelope the papers work to renew my subscrition for the coming Year! And because you have help me with the password, I have payed on July 20 Th.
I have send 2 or 3 emails to the MMOC office the first one it was one months and 1 day ago! And no body have time to do one line with words to answer me! And you ask me to be more patiente?
Ok! I can be patiente but didnot expect this from my Club!
