Grrrrr. It has been on the market now for about 5 hours and the phone hasn't rung. I'm not the most patient man in the world.
Pics turned out nice, though!

You don't say.

Looks like you have already moved out!

A few more plants would brighten it up a bit and attract more interest!

Where I live that would buy a 4 bed detached with one bedroom en suite and a double garage.
And no, not in the gorbals.
The worlds an upside down place

1 Bed flat round here = £229,950!!!!!
Moved into this house 25 years ago when things were cheaper - couldn't afford to move now if we wanted to.

By quite a coincidence I too have a house for sale. Almost the same size as yours, four bedrooms, three baths, one of them en-suite, a two car garage, but a much smaller garden. Actually the sale has just been confirmed after a wait of almost three months. Of three prospective buyers one finally committed to purchase without the onward chain. It is now his turn to face the prospect of owning two houses. I am relieved.
The price was only a little higher in Canadian dollars than yours in GBP. We are moving to smaller quarters a few miles away where we will no longer have a garden to keep or snow to shovel.
Good luck with the sale.
