GPO.Engineers Van

I am trying to find out what type of brackets fit on the side of an engineering GPO.van .is there a bracket at each set of holes that another long sign can be fixed to?
Any info relating to this matter would be greatly appreciated,I have enclosed pictures of the van,see below,
