'Garage' to change a bypass hose?? I hope they fitted a solid wall hose and NOT repeat NOT the horrible concertina hose.....

Whatever they did - is the fan now hitting something - or loose on the waterpump. Check it - obviously with the engine NOT running. Also check the fan belt is tight... And two weeks ???? It's a 30 minute job..

The rad would have been out for easy access - has it been fitted properly with bolts tight? Is the "rattle" coming from the water pu,p area, or somewhere else? Is it present all the time, or only whilst driving? Does it change with engine speed?

Prob fan hitting the radiator. The clearance is pretty small. If so just bend the blade back a bit

Take the fan belt off - is the noise still there?

A rattle front the front of the engine- in addition to the above suggestions, take a very close look at the bottom pulley. These start to make an audible rattle shortly before they break up - probably due to a crack flexing.
Check for fine cracks in the bottom pulley.
