Rubber seal on back window

I was given a seal for the back window is it very had to replace this or do I need to go to a machanic

hi it isn't hard but there is a knack involving a piece of string.Ive done it but theses days i leave it to a window fitter.if you fancy a go i suggest you try youtube who may have a video,good luck

The rear window is extremely difficult - and I suspect a 'machanic' (sic) won't have much of a clue unless a Minor specialist... Probably better to ask at Autoglass etc if they will do it - and how much........

Oh thanks I'll take your advice and get it done as u said its not leaking but before winter I need to do it my next job is a radio but I will have that fitted do you have a radio in your car if so where did you put it

Thank you for your advice the man who looks after my car has worked on Morris before so I will ask him to do it it's not leaking but needs doing before winter

my radio is under the passenger shelf ,easy fix but knobs are difficult to reach as they are so blooming small,lots put it in the glove boxes,do a search on this site for radio and you will see loads of postings good luck

I thought about the glove box but I don't want to loose the storage I think I will put it like you have I only listen to one station so won't need to change it thanks jane
