SEAT BELTS

[i love my van]

Hi all ,i have a van and it has the original seat belts but i have two small children so want to change them for newer safer belts that are long enough to hold a baby car seat. I don't want to drill any holes in the van so need some that will use the holes already there from original belts...does any one know what would fit? I am also looking at putting a fold down seat in the back for my six year old and fixing a belt in the back, does anyone know what the legalities are for this insurance wise? Vans been off the road for the winter so want to get it sorted asap so can enjoy it in what short summer we may get!!!!!!!
