From memory
Flexi hose 9/16
The Kunifer pipe that I forget the name of is 7/16
The cylinders have two bolts, one 1/2 and 1 7/16, best taken off with a socket I think.
Sure someone will be along soon to correct me i'm sure

Yes, they will need bleeding

The cylinder retaining bolts are very much smaller (I think - from memory..) 3/8" AF and a very small one of indeterminate size - I have seen variations.

See - told you
I think you are right. I work mainly with a 1/2 and 7/16 AF spanner, and I remember having three spanners when I had em apart, one 9/16, one 1/2 and 7/16 combi and one 3/8. The 3/8 bolt is a lot easier to undo with a socket, I remember that much!

Add 1/4-5/16 and 3/8-7/16 whit spanners and sockets to your collection, saves rounding off the corners
