Finishing off small spray painting job

Post by iandromiskin »

I have just done a small bit of spraying to part of a car and I was wondering how do you finish it off. Needless to say the fresh bit of painting is glossy and shiny while the original paint is rather matt. Is there a way to blend them into each other so that it's not that obvious ?? T-cut and polish ???

I would leave your new paint to harden for at least a week before T-cutting near it.
