Restoring to Ministry spec.

Can anyone give me some information on restoring a Traveller to the original Ministry spec. I recently purchased a sad Traveller in need of complete restoration. Attached to the n/s bulkhead is a Ministry plate which states the following :- 1968 Ex Ministry. Car Utility 4x2 Morris 1000. CH1202240. Contract no. WV7A0547M814 (this detail is not very clear). Vehicle no. 44 FG 81. Code 1140 0659. Covered by CES no. P/34173/2.
The Morris Motors plate shows M/AWS 1202240M.
The car has extra guages where the drivers glove compartment is normally fitted along with a bank of extra fuses attached to the o/s bulkhead and is currently painted in what appears to be the light green 'Hammeright' finish although there are traces of an olive like shade on the inside of the rear wheel arches and inside the doors. It is my intention to restore the car to it's original spec with the correct colour and markings so if anyone can help with it's identification, or point me in the direction of where I might obtain this information I would be most grateful. Incidently, the car was re-registered in 1976.
Thank-you,
Welshtel
