Hi guys,

It may sound a stupid question but I'm going to ask it anyway! :D

Just wondering do the grill badges, (I have 2) affect the air intake ability of the grill?

Its just I've seen a few grills on minors, as well as other cars, that are literally covered in badges, and wonder if enough air is getting to the engine?

Any thoughts?

I suppose that technically the answer is yes however, I really wouldn't worry about it. The radiator is huge and easily keeps the tiny engine cool.

I have a badgbar on the front of my Traveller which is full of badges. It has never affected the airflow.

Its commonly believed that the Morris Minor is massively overcooled anyway. so really not worth worrying over at all!

On the Minors On Tour trips, we have a large sign sort of thing to fix to the vehicle wherever we choose to put it.

Last year i ran with mine on the grille, and despite the lovely weather, i never had any problems with overheating.

You can see its size in my 'sig picture' below.

Yeah that badge on Bluey looks pretty cool. Can you buy badges like that? Never seen one like that before.

Hi. These are Rally Plaques. You get them sometimes when you attend a classic car Rally.
