May be a silly question but is there anything on the standard horn (1098cc model) that adjusts the volume ? It sounds like a toy car not a real one. Have cleaned connections and it works but sound pathetic. My last car (series 2, 1955) had a far stronger sound. Do I chuck it and order a new one? Not looking to wake the dead just not sound so pathetic.

Buy a S.II one - they are good horns. Old car horns I think generally are better than modern ones.
