Only joking.... No offense i hope.... I had a Pug 205 a few years ago and the previous owner used cooking oil but I never took it seriously and sold it on thinking it might have done more harm than good. But I understand a lot of people use it without any problems....

Works pefectly on the old style diesel direct injection with rotary pump no good on the newer common rail electronically fire injector systems.And you can now legally use 2.500 litres per year without needing to inform the customs and excise,as if they think anyone would do that, to pay road tax duty on it.It was even better when it was only 60p a litre but that like everything else shot up,at one time it was dearer than diesel.Just need to add a bit of diesel or petrol in the winter to thin it down .The original diesel engine was designed to run on peanut oil I believe ,there being a surplus of the stuff in the U S .
