information plate locations

I'd like to know what plates and where are located on the bulkhead of a late minor van, (probably same as saloon) I think the body number strip goes high up on the nearside but there are 2 on the offside I'm not too sure of, one may be to do with seat belts and the other patent numbers. Can you help please?
