PJO 346 Dec 1950 Morris Minor-original invoice

I have the original invoice for PJO 346-Chassis Number SMM/78415 (Morris Minor saloon finished in black) issued by The Morris Garage Ltd and dated 12th December 1950 for a staff sale to my Father-In-Law Ralph Buchanan + the Covenant he had to enter into which forbids the sale of the car for a period of 2 years after purchase, unless a Penaly of £170 is paid.

The purchase price was £299 less 10% staff discount + purchase Tax-Total £355.13.11d
