Can anyone advise me what Branch would include Louth in Lincolnshire ? Trying to make contact with any Minor owner who lives there. to help track down a Minor.

The Minor you are looking for might have moved out of the area though. Try posting a request in the 'do you know?' forum (Have you checked the registration number on the DVLA database to see if the car is still on the road?
