HWS 22E

A friend of mine has some old buff log books to shift. He doesn't want to bin them so we sifted through them and found some Minor Log Books. 2 of the numbers don't exist on the vehicle enquiry site of DVLA but the number HWS 22E still seems to be in existence and on the road.
Would anyone know the owner of this vehicle and if they are interested perhaps they could PM me.
