when i first joined the members area, i could not for the life of me find the password in the mag i got threw the door, so i gave up 5 or 6 mags down the line all not opened and sitting in a pile apart from this months decided to open it and have a look in the members area aaaah but yet again cant find the password in the book is it in secret code, it would be handy if it was easy to find. im so fed up now its going on the pile with the others and im wondering why i pay money to access the members area and i cant?

When logging on to the members area there is a 'prompt' advising members that the password is usually on page 4 of the magazine and that's where it's been for a number of years now. In the current issue of the magazine the Club Contacts / Services page has moved to page 2 so I'll make some enquiries as to whether this is a permanent move for the page or whether it is a 'one off'. If it's a permanent move we can look at changing the 'prompt' in the members area so that people know where it is in future.

By the way, if you read 'Ray's Ramble' on page 5 of the current issue you will see that plans are underway to update & upgrade the website and one of the things under consideration is to improve access to the members area.

That's very sad to hear. The magazine has won awards in the past, and always contains a very good mix of articles. You will learn about the car, how to look after it, and how other members use their vehicles. Most of the recognised traders advertise their wares and special offers; and there is a list of club activities. All round, it is an excellent publication and deserves better than to be ignored, so go on, put your feet up with a cup of tea, and take some time to read your copies.

Scott - Just noticed that you posted a message here in September asking where the password was and 5 minutes later I posted a response to inform you that it was on page 4. The password has been there ever since - it's only changed in the current issue - so presumably you didn't read my response? :-?

I received my copy last week. Did you remember to renew your subscription when it was due? Sometimes people forget and only realise when their magazine doesn't arrive!

Seems a funny response, leaving all those copies unopened, just because of a missed password, The mag does contain other words!
