Who owns this van that I keep passing?

I am wondering if you can help me track the owner down of a blue Morris van in the Runcorn Cheshire Area, It would be great to meet with him as Runcorn is a fairly small place, and to have two morris Minors on the road in a small town, I think, is quite outstanding. Hope someone can help me,
