i seem to recall you turn the back plate of the marina / ital axle until they meet up with a standard moggy handbrake cable..
and seems to be confirmed by

the hand break cable has a big bolt the end of the cable- becuz of that some time hit the bolt with deffaransal- so you can cut littel piece of bolt- but dont emergency to cut it , think some, will it work ? Remember when you load back seat then the bolt can be hit with deffrensel again- you can chenge the pleas that set the bolt - some time you will be can - to set a extra bar to fit the hand break cable bolt- good luck

The marina rear axle uses a different handbrake arrangement. A single cable from the lever mounts to a bracket on the axle, and then t one drum, whilst a relay cable from the bracket goes to the other drum. It is usual to use a marina lever. That said, with the backplates correctly positioned, and suitable brackets fitted, it should be possible to use the Minor two cable system.
