Why the gear of MM 1000 jump

I would like to know ,why gear of MM 1000 jump - what is the problem to do this - I have seen this problem of MM cars - please explain to me ,with images - can not make it ? without putting a another gear box - thanks

Sandun,
It's probably time to source a replacement gearbox-it shouldn't jump out of gear.

It's not clear Sandun - which gear is 'jumping' - 1 2 3 4 reverse??

No , not gear jump in my car ,But I want to know , how to be it ? we just think jump 3 gear , then ..?

Don't worry about problems that don't exist..........
But IO would say - if you get a chance to accumulate Morris Minor spare engine/gearbox/rear axle - and suspension parts - DO IT!!
