hi
my moggys been sat in the carport for the last 2 years and ive been trying to get someone to weld the floor, replace/rebuild the engine and put a new braking system in and so far ive had broken promises. is anyone here from the powys area who is willing to help.

Have you considered buying a welding set and doing it yourself?
It's well worth you contacting your local technical college and doing a 6 week welding course so that you can work out whether you can get to grips with it.
I suspect the reason you have had so many people drop out, is the fact that stitching a Morris back together can be a long process & unless you are being well paid to do the work, then there is little motivation to complete things ... unless it's your own car ;)
If you really can't face doing it yourself, then Charles Ware are probably one of your closest, reputable, Morris engineers.
It'll probably be quite pricey though.
A welding set with a decent sized cylinder will probably set you back somewhere around £300 ... I'd strongly advise picking up an auto-darkening mask, and I'd say that a pair of welding gloves are absolutely essential, as is an angle grinder, a big hammer and a stout flat-blade screwdriver whose 'bar' goes all the way through the handle ... other useful tools are those weird crook-nose mole-grips, a good strong magnet, and a blowtorch with a paint-stripping end plus a scraper (for removing the bulk of the waxoyl so that it doesn't catch fire or ruin your welds)
All told I reckon you could get a pretty sound welding setup for around £500, plus maybe £300 for the panels ... having someone else do it for you will cost at least several thousand & be nowhere near as rewarding.
