extra van seats

hi all
what would the leagalaties be of putting more seats in the back of a moggy van to make it a sort of minni people carrier, would i need seatbelts what about insurance would i have to reregister it?

rear seat belts not needed .Let insurance know its a 4 seater

THINK, what are the seats going to used for children adults how and where are they going to be fitted is the floor strong enough, can side panel frame cope, THEN THINKsome more do you want your rear seat passengers scalpping themselves when they hit the cab roof flange after you brake hard or your kids rattling around in a baked bean tin during an accident. why do people ask about fitting seat belts you wear one in your modern so why not wear one in your classic. people say in detracts from originality and that not legaly required in a classic I know where i stand fit belts as well.
