Replacing window glass rubber seals 2 door saloon

Rear windows leaking on our 2 door saloon so will need to replace rubber window seals as they have perished.
Looks a tricky job - advice or tips most welcome, thanks, John

Not particulary tricky in fact probably the easiest of the glass to replace. Cut the old rubbers off and fit the new rubbers to the glass first, then use the chord around the rubber trick to pull the seal over the body lip (outside in). There are some spacer fillets that go up against the B pillar which you need to retain and refit....
