Hi,
Should there be any drain holes in the traveller boot floor?
Mine has just had a repair panel fitted, and there are no holes.

There should be no holes in the floor of the Traveller. Make sure all the rear door rubbers are in good condition to keep it that way.

Mine has loads of drain holes! But thinking about it I need that repair panel (and many others) but as above no holes.

What about saloons? Reason I ask is that having replaced virtually the entire back end of my car I am left with small gaps - maybe 10mm hole on each side - where the new rear boot floor panel meets the new rear wheel arch repair panels

Before I had the boot repaired I drilled small holes in the corners of the well to let the water out

My Mog has two drain holes in the bottommost part of the boot floor, on either side but not very far outboard, and when I was doing the underbody work I fashioned half-cones to cover them from water splashing up from the road (I did that to all the drain holes on the car -- something like fourteen?). Not sure if it will have any effect, but I enjoyed doing it.
