Help from the membership team?

Just wondered if anyone could help with my membership at all please?

I paid the annual subscription as a new member (although I was a member about 10 yrs ago) on-line on 12 February, but have not heard anything since. I did e-mail (Liz Saxonby IIRC) last week, but haven't had a reply to that e-mail either.

I relaise that they are probably very busy and possibly only do it in their spare time, but am just curious that everything went thru ok and they got my money?

Did you receive a confirmation e-mail when you subscribed? If so, and the payment has been taken from your bank account, I wouldn't worry as it usually takes 2 - 3 weeks for the membership card etc to be received so you should receive this in the next week or so.

Hi I haven't received membership card either and I renewed in January and the money has been taken! Just wondering if everything went through ok?

Is it headed 'transaction confirmation' and does it state that the transaction has been processed successfully? If so, it confirms that payment has been received. If you haven't received anything through the post in the next week or so contact Liz Saxon.
