SAIC (Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation) bought the rights to produce the Rover 75 and other assets and later bought MG (actually bought Nanging Auto, who had in turn had bought MG complete with production facilities). Now as I understand SAIC owns all of what remained of MG Rover assets and that includes the right to use the Morris brand together with Austin and Wolseley.

As the Morris name hasn't been used in a generation, and it never had any particular cachet when it was current, I'd be surprised to see it revived.
And we would all moan if it was :D
