I'm pretty sure it is myself, but would like some confirmation!
Having decided to fit Borris with the dreaded electronic ignition, I figure it would be easier and cheaper to get a 25D kit than one for a DM2. The rest of the dizzy is pretty ropey anyway, so if i've got to change it, I may as well change it to the 25D.
Is a DM2 a straight swap for a 25D?

Just changed by dm2 to a 25d without any problems. It runs lovely and smooth. Not sure how everyone else has faired.

but what about advance curves and such?

Fuel these days is very different - the more modern dizzy has more chance of being suitable than a 40 year old one.......

Must agree with bmce. Don't worry about curves etc. Go and buy one for 29.95 (25d) off ebay - simonbbc. Can't be bad. I have two now, one i put on two years ago 22000miles on my 58 and its been fab.
