axle stands
might sound a bit of a silly question, but i need to have the car raised off the ground for quite a while, is the rear axle strong enough to use axle stands to support the rear end, it will be blocks under the front wheels and xle stands under the rear axle. thanks steve

yes the axle is strong enough for it to support the car for a long time.

thanks, i no it sounded a bit silly, but i didnt want to have it up in the air for a few weeks only to find damage to the axle when it came down. regards steve
