axle stands

Post by steve c »

might sound a bit of a silly question, but i need to have the car raised off the ground for quite a while, is the rear axle strong enough to use axle stands to support the rear end, it will be blocks under the front wheels and xle stands under the rear axle. thanks steve

Hello Steve,

yes the axle is strong enough for it to support the car for a long time.

The rear axle is probably the strongest part of the car
