Bulkhead Data Plates

Hi Folks,
I have a data plate on the dashboard bulkhead in the engine bay showing car type and engine numbers but can anyone tell me what the smaller plate above this was for as mine is missing and I can't make out the lettering on the workshop manual photos. Only a small thing but I am trying to replace everything on the car as it was originally.

Hi Boomlander its a Patent plate and you can buy one new off ebay or most dealers
