i visit a few other forums, all have a welcome section and are very well used. this gives the new members a warm reception and a taste of the clubs friendly approach. it can also show they havnt just joined to sell or buy stuff. so lets give it a go

Hello,
My name is Rob and I'm married to Debs. We recently purchased our first classic, a 1957 Clerendon Grey 4 door saloon. Despite the teething problems we are having as first time owners, we are thouroughly enjoying having 'Henrietta' in our lives. We live in Essex and Henrietta is used daily to get me to work.[frame]Image[/frame]

Hi,

Thought I would chip in on this thread to introduce myself. Just coughed up to join the MM owner's club so I figured I'd register on this forum too. I have recently bought a 1960 2 door Moggie Saloon, registration AKG 364A. Will be picking it up on Sunday to drive it to my home. I've had a few old cars and trucks over the years, Series Landies, 2CVs and that kind of thing, but never had a Moggie, so that'll be a new experience.

Al
Badger, my 1960 Two Door Saloon...

Welcome on board - you haven't owned a classic car until you've had a moggie so well done for putting that right. Feel free to post any queries, opinions, questions or observations on the forum - we're an engaging bunch and we do love the odd discussion!

Check around the other parts of the site too for your local branch, events, things to buy and general interest items
