On the USHM3 cylinder head the total angle between the max advance and retard graduations at the distributor location is 50 deg. There are 10 graduations therefore each graduation is 5 deg.

Hmmm - Would that be 2 1/2 degrees at the crankshaft Mike?

It is still 5deg at the distributor and its the ignition timing that is important.
Out of interest, anyone know what the vernier scale adjustment is on a 24D distributor?
