I'll see what I can do with it and post it here. In the meantime, I can figure out what a tax disc probably is (I'm in the US), and therefore probably what tax disc holder is, but what is Nustikon????

Think that it means "New Stick On" as in sticks to the glass.

Very good cliff, looks like it just needs another small circle inside the "O" of Morris.
