Can anyone tell me the size and thread for the bolts that hold the seats to the floor?

5/16" BSF I think.

Sounds about right, 1/4 Whit socket will do the job. Line the bracket, plate, hole in the carpet and threads in the floor up with a philips screwdriver before trying to fit the bolts
