Hi, does anyone know if Rover Old English White is any relation to Morris Minor Old English White? Is the same shade, or at least sufficiently similar for me to get away with the odd stone-chip touch up?!

Well I wouldn't like to chance it especially if the rest of your paintwork is nice. Buy a spray can of OEW from a Morris supplier, shake the can very thoroughly and spray a small amount into the plastic lid, then using an artists brush touch up the small chips. This has worked for me in the past. Hope this helps. :D

Very helpful, and it's saved me a few quid as I already have an unopened OEW aerosol from Tom Roy

Cheers,

Paul.

The Tom Roy paint is excellent. Let it thicken up a little in the lid before attempting the touch-in. And you can buy a pack of kids paint brushes in Poundland...but for tiny spots a cocktail stick can be used.
