Yes, so important for maintaining a healthy relationship which is why I have donated today to come to the NIA Birmingham with my wife to see Strictly live tour rather than spending all day in the garage! Make sure you make your partner happy today :)

i think i'm right in saying that when i am out in the garage working on the cars, that in itself earns brownie points as i am out of her way! she can then get on with whatever women do indoors.

spent today in the garage making it clean and tidy,mrs tells me to do more jobs around the house,I am very brave and tell her the garage is part of the house!!!!!!

It may be part of the house but it is cold in here :(

Yes garages give a whole new meaning to "getting the cold shoulder", which I did lying on floor bolting up torsion bar over the weekend. :roll:

I'd probably have been divorced if I'd gone out to work in the garage on the day this thread was started. Lynda was giving birth at the time. I did have to pop out to the garage once though as I had a still sealed box of vinyl gloves and the midwife had forgotten hers. :D

Aah - it all makes perfect sense now :lol: Yes I do go to the meetings and saw you at the last one but had to leave earlier than planned to pick up teenage daughter!! Will def say hi next Monday if you are going! :lol:
