Morris Minor Owners Club

Hi Everyone We have been invited back to the National History Museum St. Fagans, Cardiff on the 20th May 2012. Entry forms can be obtained via emailing me santadawes@hotmail.com or on our web site. We hope to have another 100 Morris's there but we managed 60+ 29 other marques at last years event.

Looking forward to it Ray, enjoyed last years event. Am I right in thinking it is open to non branch members? If so may be worth runnining off a few flyers that can be handed out (or placed under wipers) to encourage individuals with a minor or classic to attend.

Hi everybody. Our Branch Rally is on May 20th 2012 and is open to ALL.... Although we have a limit to 100 Vehicles we can go over this number if needed. Entry is FREE but only if pre booked. I will be posting details of other Branch events on the EVENTS page.

Hi Dave. Done this Morning. If your in the area on the 22nd. were having a National Drive it Day Run to the Wye Valley. You don't have to be a branch member to attend.

Our Numbers are now 80+ We now have Owners asking if it's too late to bring along their vehicles. The answer is NO... We can accept enteries up to May 13th.

So come on bring along your Morris's or other Classics and enjoy a great Welsh Day out.

Hi everybody......

Our Branch Rally has now reached 101 enteries with another poss. 15ish Morris enteries to come in. We would so much like st see more of you there. Although enteries are by entry form. This closes on 1st May. Enteries get you a Rally plaque. But if you want to turn up and see if you can come onto the rally field then please note that the Museum staff have a strict H&S rule the states NO MOVING VEHICLES will be allowed in after 10am.

We have over 50 Morris Minors in attendance and the rest made up of other Classic & vintage vehicles. Entery to the Museum & grounds is free. So come on and enjoy a great day out.

Might be fit to come along but due to the H&S issue we'll have to park outside. I won't be able to stay for the full 7 hrs.

Would this be possible?

Hi Rob. Your verry welcome to attend. I do understand that for 7hrs is a long time to be kept inside the grounds but you will be able to stay outside. I will arrange a free car parking permit for you. Your entry number will be 118. Please quote this when you arrive and your rally pack will be issued for you.

If I bring the modern car I could get the family in and have a little spare room. I couldn't see mention anywhere about such things as whether you can bring your own picnic or whether there are any displays. I have a small portable English Wheel that I could bring so that everyone can have a go at making their own new front wings (sticky plasters for thumbs not included) if that is permitted. Any good?

My wife suggested that I bring the....[frame][/frame]
