Unfortunately, the normal method is to use the key, which you don't have! Forcing it may damage the lock.
If you look at your new barrel you will see the sprung plates that prevent the barrel turning without the key. You will notice that with the key in the barrel they are all flush with the outside of the barrel. Now what you have to do is get those plates on your old barrel flush with the barrel so that the barrel will slide out. This can be done by effectively "picking" the lock. Not as difficult as it may sound as you only have to move one plate at a time. Start with the first plate. Using a small curved pick or bit of bent wire you need to manipulate the plate while pulling the lock towards you. You will find it will move as far as the second plate. Do the same with this plate and so on. It's fiddly work, but you will soon get the hang of it!

Hi friend -I remove lock barrel -IF when normally remove the save pin ,the Barrel come out, but it was not like that- it was very difficult job to me - It had not a key and could not use any key to turn Barrel and unlock - so I had to Drill the key mouth some, then blocked small 5 brass tags - then insert a hook to the barrel full up using RATCHET- remove 1/2 of the barrel ( it was broken) - but 1/2 of barrel in inside the lock - it was very fit and not turn - so I have to use small chisels and kerosene oil -after that I am very happy, I did it
