Need Tires?

Coker tire is an American company that makes and sells tires for vintage vehicles. They currently have the Firestone F560 - 155R14 in stock, and the 145 version is back-ordered. These tires seem to have a good reputation with moggie owners. In discussing these I've gotten the impression that they're not available in the UK, but the Coker site lists a UK distributor:

North Hants Tyres
Contact: John Pettifor, Jr.
Henry John House 2 Ivy Road Aldershot Hampshire GU12 4TX
Phone: 01252-318666
Fax: 01252-318777

You can check out Coker here: http://www.cokertire.com/

I have no affiliation with Coker, just thought this might be of interest.

Here's a photo of the tire (linked from Coker site):

They are great show tyres as they are made to look authentic. They also do white wall and white line tyres. I am led to understand that they are absolutely not the best when it comes to tyre performance, but that is hardly of concern to over 95% of minor owners (who just use there cars for normal road use)

They are readily available in the UK, but relatively very expensive.

I used them for years when they were readily obtainable inthe UK and found them great. Glad to hear they are available again. Might have a set for the convertible.

Note that I refer to Coker, not Firestone! I understand that the Firestone brand are made by Bridgestone.
