Cheap arc welder -£20!

Dear all,
Jusr seen in Halfords on the Enham Arch Trading Estate, Andover, Hants a brand new (end of line?) Warco (I think) 140 arc welder for only £20! Seems to be a 80-90 amp beast and while not suitable for the thin metals we have as body work, its ideal for thicker stuff like tow bars, shelf brackets That Will Not Sag, etc.
