Car covers

My new/old 1967 2 door will be living at the harbor. She'll have fresh paint soon and I'll be fiddling with her often enough to keep an eye out for rust. I don't know anything about using car covers (never have) and wondered what you all think about it. It occurred to me that a cover may serve to trap moisture inside, which might be worse than no cover at all. I'm not as worried about the paint as I am the rest of the car. Any recommendations? Are there different materials -- with one being better than another???

There are 'Breathable' covers out there but there not cheap.
I bought one of these
6 layer covers even though the car sits in the garage to protect it from minor (no pun intended) knocks
There's a picture of it in another thread about garage size

I think there is a thread about this already, think it's in General Discusions somewhere.
