MINOR BOOT HANDLE-GOOD PRICE???

Post by lambrettalad »

Hi I've just bought a new boot handle for my 1970 2 door for around £18 it looks the same as this one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 500wt_1202
I wonder what is different to justify the price difference?
Any suggestions?
Cheers Alex

Probably nothing - possibly a quality difference.

Maybe there is a quality difference. A lot of chrome parts are made in Asia and are very poor quality. Just compare the Traveller rear bumpers (rusty within 3 months) with the new front bumpers (excellent). I would gladly pay the difference for decent chrome!
