Those are called lower damper-arm rebounds, or something similar. There's only one rubber block. I would guess it's 4 cm or maybe 5 cm thick.

Don't even consider buying a new one as they are cheap crap and nowhere even near the shape or the metal thickness of the originals. I cut the rubber off the repro part and glued it onto the original metal and the rest went in the bin! The rubber on the repro measures 36mm x 30mm x 11.5mm thick. The photo below is proof of the pudding. How can you fit that to an almost flat surface??[frame]Image[/frame]

I fitted a new pair and it took me ages to persuade the holes to line up with the bodywork.
Check that the top rebound rubber cones are still there.

Really? Only 11.5mm? I could've sworn they were thicker than that. Ah well, live and learn. Yes -- do as Declan suggests, or, if you can, find new old stock ones. I was lucky enough to find a friend having a Minor parts clearout and he had several of these.

Sandun,
Can't remember for sure-it was a couple of years ago. Either impact adhesive or superglue would do fine.
