NEC Classic Car Show

Not long got out of bed, after recovering from four days at the NEC. We were invited to display the Traveller on the Classic Hearse Register stand, but as there were only a handfull of us, we had to put in some fairly lengthy stints manning the stand. It did mean that we had free entry and car parking as exhibitors, so that saved quite a lot of expense, along with taking a cool bag full of food and drink. We did manage to meet a few people, including: Russ Harvey from Minor Monthly; Sandy & Rosie Hamilton; and Jon Pressnell of Classic & Sportscar who took some piccies of us by the Traveller. what a total dissapointment the show was .really looking forward to spending a fortune on all my morris panels and spares etc only to find there was not a thing i could get as there was no morris parts at all.came away with nothing and after gettin ripped off with £8.00 parking and spending a fortune on food.we said never again.only good thing we spoke to ray newall and bought his book. roll on the national next year..
